How do you “do life with God?”

Maybe the best way to do life with God is together, where we:

• dig deep
• get real
• and learn from each other!

Maybe you’ve prayed that universal prayer,
“God, if you’re there, I’m in!”

But now what?

Why do I want to help?

Because I remember what it’s like before I started doing life with God.

I’d tried everything, everything except God. Like so many others, I had to hit bottom. 

And no matter what we’ve done, we can all take similar steps, healing steps, to break free from the pain from our past.

Here’s a giant key that changes lives.

When you believe a lie,
you get ripped off!

Why is that such a big deal?

When we act as if lies are true,
we do things we wouldn’t have done
if we had known the truth.

Here’s an example.

I believed that I had to sleep with a guy if I wanted a boyfriend.

Now I know that’s not true. I’ve had lots of boyfriends since then that I didn’t sleep with, but when I was young, I believed that lie and had sex with too many guys I really wish I hadn’t.

Do you see how important the truth can be?

As I started doing life with God, He showed me that I was believing lots of things that were not true!

How do we discover the lies we believe?

When you start doing life with God, that’s one of the things He’ll show you in order to heal you of the pain from your past.

The truth really will set you free!

Guess what?
You are an atmosphere changer with a destiny.

After God saved my life,

I decided to do life with Him. And the more I trusted God, the more I learned that He could be trusted. 

He gave me ideas that I resisted at first. But after I tried what He suggested, those are the things that became the biggest blessings of my life!

As I wrote about my travels, God nudged me to write the stories I wasn’t going to tell.

God wanted me to put words to my stories because He said other women might not be able to do that and my words would tell their stories and bring other women healing, too.

When we follow God, He works ALL things together for our good, even those things.

When God showed me the lies I’d believed,
my understanding changed,
and so did my life!

And that’s what I want for you.
