Grief comes in many forms.
There are the obvious times we face it like when we lose a loved one or go through a painful breakup. And then there are the times that take us by surprise like when we lose a job or face an unexpected transition.
The thing is, God promises to work ALL THINGS together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). And I certainly don’t mean that as a sappy one-liner that doesn’t help someone who is struggling.
No, grief hurts.
But God is always, always there for you. And when we walk those times out with Him, He can do what only He can do. And He will.
